Keith’s skills are in helping businesses grow and planning their future development, using the skills he built up during his 17 years in industry. Most of Keith’s clients have also benefited from his ability to find the right kind of funding for their business.
Outside of work Keith might be best described as a ‘sports nut.’ He’s played many sports himself and, whilst his ability is moderate at best, he is always fiercely competitive.
Cardiff City AFC is one of his major obsessions, a passion he has also inflicted on his wife, son and daughter.
John has been providing advice and support to a wide range of organisations and individuals for 30 years. Whilst still dealing with a spread of clients he has, in more recent years , specialised in business and tax planning together with providing assurance and related services to the ‘not for profit’ sector.
He is a board member of Wales Co-operative Centre and Merthyr Valleys Homes.
John takes a keen interest in watching (but not taking part in) sport. He is an avid reader of fiction and non-fiction.
Owen specialises in the medical sector and in business development advice. He enjoys helping clients achieve their goals and ambitions and ensuring they keep more of what they have earned.
A keen sportsman Owen’s rugby playing days were cut short due to injury and is now a frustrated fan.
He enjoys holidaying in West Wales, cycling and spending time with his young family
Sian is an Executive Manager at Williams Ross. Sian assists clients with all Accounts and Taxation requirements, Preparation of Management Accounts and Forecasts, assisting in R&D Tax Credit Claims, managing work for staff and trainees and responsible for the recruitment and development of Trainee Accountants.
Sian has a young family so most of her spare time is spent with them, but when she does get some "me time" enjoys reading and cooking.
As Small Business Manager at Williams Ross, Rhian manages the preparation of Accounts and Personal, Partnership and Corporation Tax Returns. Rhian also advises owner managed businesses on Auto Enrolment, accounting software and bookkeeping.
Outside of work Rhian likes to socialise with friends and spend time with family.
Graham’s role as a Client Manager at Williams Ross involves accounts preparation and personal tax, partnership tax and corporation tax. He also has a keen interest in the medical and farming sectors.
Outside of work Graham likes to keep active by playing cricket and football whenever he can and is a member of a local golf course playing off a single figure handicap. He also enjoys visiting West Wales with his wife and daughter.
Ian’s role as an Accountant at Williams Ross includes Accounts Preparation, VAT Returns, Business plans and projections in support of e.g. grant applications.
In his spare time Ian enjoys photography, wood carving, exploring the Alps, walking and reading.
Kath’s role as Personal Tax Technician at Williams Ross is to assist Personal Tax clients and provide support to other departments within the firm.
In her spare time Kath enjoys Zumba classes, walking the dog, reading and going to the cinema.
Harriet has recently qualified as an ACCA Accountant.
Her duties at Williams Ross include preparing accounts for Sole Traders, Partnerships and Limited Companies, VAT returns, personal tax returns and bookkeeping.
Outside of work Harriet spending time with her nephews, socialising with friends, cooking, reading and films at the cinema.
Andrea has worked in payroll for 30 years, gaining experience both in manufacturing and the public sector. Andrea's roles have included running weekly and monthly payrolls and dealing with pension auto-enrolment. She has recently joined Williams Ross in running the payroll department. Her current duties include running the monthly payrolls, auto enrolment and various administrative duties.
In her spare time Andrea enjoys following rugby union, walking and spending time with her family.
Pam’s role as Receptionist at Williams Ross includes telephonist, typing and general secretarial office duties. Pam is the front of house at Williams Ross and is available to meet and greet our clients and hopefully provide an enjoyable tea or coffee!!!
Pam loves spending her spare time with her family, and enjoys walking, travelling and dancing.
Kelly’s role at Williams Ross is Office Administrator where she assists the Directors in all administrative tasks, including accounts payable. Kelly is also Health and Safety Officer for the business.
Kelly speaks fluent Welsh and is a big Liverpool Football Club supporter. In her spare time Kelly enjoys beach days and camping trips with her husband and young son, and tries to spend as much time as she can with her family in Anglesey.
Gosia joined Williams Ross in August 2017 and is an Accounting and Finance graduate, currently studying towards her ACCA qualifications.
In her role as a Trainee Accountant, Gosia is involved in accounts preparation, audit work, and various aspects of administrative duties.
Outside of work Gosia enjoys walks with her husband, reading, playing board games and watching NFL.
Zoë joined Williams Ross in December 2018. Zoë’s role as an accountant at Williams Ross involves preparation of accounts, personal tax, partnership tax, corporation tax and VAT returns. She is also somewhat of a Xero guru.
In her spare time, Zoë enjoys horse riding, yoga and running.
Greg joined Williams Ross in November 2018 as a Forensic Accountant Graduate from USW. Greg is working towards the ACCA qualification, his role within the company includes the preparation of financial accounts, preparation of VAT and Tax returns, the weekly shop and other administrative duties.
Greg is the youngest and best looking in the office and is a fluent Welsh speaker. Outside of work Greg is a sports enthusiast, in particular rugby, enjoying both watching and participating when not injured.
Richard joined Williams Ross in August 2018 as an Accounting and Finance graduate and is working towards the ACCA qualification. Richard is a fluent welsh speaker, his role within the company consists of preparing financial accounts, preparation of VAT and Tax returns, doctor’s surgery payroll and other administrative duties.
Richard enjoys playing football for a local team, socialising with friends and family, which normally consist of trips to the cinema or playing games.
