Owen specialises in the medical sector and in business development advice. He enjoys helping clients achieve their goals and ambitions and ensuring they keep more of what they have earned.
A keen sportsman Owen’s rugby playing days were cut short due to injury and is now a frustrated fan.
He enjoys holidaying in West Wales, cycling and spending time with his young family
Sian is an Associate Director at Williams Ross. Sian assists clients with all Accounts and Taxation requirements, Preparation of Management Accounts and Forecasts, assisting in R&D Tax Credit Claims, managing work for staff and trainees and responsible for the recruitment and development of Trainee Accountants.
Sian has a young family so most of her spare time is spent with them, but when she does get some "me time" enjoys reading and cooking.
As Associate Director at Williams Ross, Rhian manages the preparation of Accounts and Personal, Partnership and Corporation Tax Returns. Rhian also advises owner managed businesses on Auto Enrolment, accounting software and bookkeeping.
Outside of work Rhian likes to socialise with friends and spend time with family.
Graham’s role as Associate Director at Williams Ross involves accounts preparation and personal tax, partnership tax and corporation tax. He also has a keen interest in the medical and farming sectors.
Outside of work Graham likes to keep active by playing cricket and football whenever he can and is a member of a local golf course playing off a single-figure handicap. He also enjoys visiting West Wales with his wife and daughter.
Ian’s role as an Accountant at Williams Ross includes Accounts Preparation, VAT Returns, Business plans and projections in support of e.g. grant applications.
In his spare time Ian enjoys photography, wood carving, exploring the Alps, walking and reading.
Andrea has worked in payroll for 30 years, gaining experience both in manufacturing and the public sector. Andrea's roles have included running weekly and monthly payrolls and dealing with pension auto-enrolment. She has recently joined Williams Ross in running the payroll department. Her current duties include running the monthly payrolls, auto enrolment and various administrative duties.
In her spare time Andrea enjoys following rugby union, walking and spending time with her family.
Kelly’s role at Williams Ross is Office Administrator where she assists the Directors in all administrative tasks, including accounts payable. Kelly is also Health and Safety Officer for the business.
Kelly speaks fluent Welsh and is a big Liverpool Football Club supporter. In her spare time Kelly enjoys beach days and camping trips with her husband and young son, and tries to spend as much time as she can with her family in Anglesey.
Gosia joined Williams Ross in August 2017 and is an Accounting and Finance graduate, currently studying towards her ACCA qualifications.
In her role as a Trainee Accountant, Gosia is involved in accounts preparation, audit work, and various aspects of administrative duties.
Outside of work Gosia enjoys walks with her husband, reading, playing board games and watching NFL.
Richard joined Williams Ross in August 2018 as an Accounting and Finance graduate and is working towards the ACCA qualification. Richard is a fluent welsh speaker, his role within the company consists of preparing financial accounts, preparation of VAT and Tax returns, doctor’s surgery payroll and other administrative duties.
Richard enjoys playing football for a local team, socialising with friends and family, which normally consist of trips to the cinema or playing games.
